What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Assisted Living Wellness Nurse position at Mountain Vista Senior Living Community?
Mountain Vista Senior Living, a not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team.
- This is a day shift position scheduled to work 4 10-hour shifts a week (Wed-Sat).
- Pay from $70,000-$75,000 based on experience. This is a salaried, exempt position.
As an Assisted Living Wellness Nurse (LPN) at Mountain Vista you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities.
What you will need:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Colorado or current compact state license.
- Long Term Care experience is helpful, but not required
