Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned efficiently and effectively, on over 100 small commercial storefronts. This role allows a lot of flexibility to set your own hours but you will need to make sure all work is completed by the declines and is high quality. Twice a month you will have a Boone route and once a month a blowing rock route.

Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning services for small commercial properties using traditional and water fed pole.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, including proper upkeep of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with management through written notes to assure work is completed on time and of high quality.
• Uphold the Mtn Vista brand by wearing company shirts, keeping a tidy job site, and offering excellent customer service.
• Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety, quality control, and customer service.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Background in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.

Wages

This job is ideal for a student or professional looking for weekend or part time work to supplement other income. We pay 40% commission on every job completed on a bi weekly basis. Our route currently pays about $1600 a month in commission for 40-70 hours of work depending on skill and speed.
