CSR/Dispatcher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the flow of service requests and ensuring timely dispatch of resources. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to analyze data to optimize service delivery.

As a Service Dispatcher, you will be primarily responsible for:

Duties

• Respond to clients' needs through verbal and written communication as their primary point of contact in a timely manner while building trust and relationships.
• Coordinate and schedule service requests efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Utilize Jobber to track and manage service routes.
• Analyze data related to dispatching and service performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including shipping and receiving logs.
• Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools to optimize routing and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel to ensure timely service delivery.
• Perform data entry tasks related to service requests, dispatch logs, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office and/or customer facing roles are preferred.
• Proficient in using GPS technology for route optimization, and Jobber or similar enterprise resource planning software is a plus.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• High levels of organization in an independent setting, as well as in the office to manage inventory needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and clients is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.75 per hour
