Mountain Vista Window Washing is a small locally owned home service provider. With a small team of 6-8 we provide personalized care for staff and clients. Over the last 7 years we have built a reputation as the highest reviewed and most awarded window cleaner in the high country. Wages,

We start all trainees at $16 an hour. After you have been properly trained to provide all the services and act as a fully fledged member of the team we immediately bump you to $17 an hour. As you take on more responsibility and potentially even run a van, wages raise to $18-25 an hour.

Additionally clients often give generous tips from $20-$150 per job.

Specific Job duties

• Provide all of our services including window cleaning, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, pressure washing, Soft washing, dryer vent cleaning, and other odd jobs.
• Converse with clients in a professional manner about services and job status.
• Keep vans stocked, clean, and organized.
• Record mileage, hours worked, and other important job metrics.
• Be pleasant to work with!

Job Requirements

• No specialized experience necessary but experience in the trades is required.
• Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from meeting location. 10 min from downtown Boone
• Physical ability to move ladders and other heavy equipment
• Ability to safely set and climb up to 32 ft ladders
• Arrive ready to work on time and with a good attitude.
