- Warmly greet patients and vendors when they arrive at our office
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Gather and record medical records and patient information
- Assist the office in other administrative activities as needed
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Training and Education Requirements
- High school diploma
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- An eagerness to learn on the job
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
