Broadband Installation Leader

As an Installation Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our customer’s experiences. You will lead a team of installation technicians in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers, while upholding our company values and high-quality standards. Additionally, you will be proficient at identifying customer needs and solving problems to provide a seamless resolution for positive outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of installation technicians to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold Company Values: With unwavering commitment, uphold company values within the team by communicating and coaching early and often.
  • Performance Management: Implement strategies to monitor and improve team performance, ensuring KPIs and goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards in customer interactions, safety standards, and installation techniques ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development: Coach, mentor, and develop team members skills and knowledge with technical aspects of the role while providing excellent customer service.
  • Efficiency Standards: Drive efficiency and productivity within the team operations, optimizing workflows and processes.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions accordingly.
  • On-call & Varied Schedule: Maintain flexibility with scheduling due to the dynamic nature of the industry and occasional on-call requirements.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a customer service environment.
  • Minimum one year experience in telecommunications industry or related technical or construction field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse personalities, both internally and externally.
  • Self-driven, takes initiative, and able to motivate others to achieve team goals.
  • Strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and company values.
  • Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Organized, detail oriented, ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
  • Ability to learn and use multiple tools to navigate company systems.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Casper, WY. (No relocation package is being offered)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in performance management, training, and development of teams.
  • Experience with broadband technologies and installation best practices.
  • Experience in project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
  • Understanding of proper methodologies for building attachment, building penetration, and ground trenching ensuring compliance with utility locates.

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 60 per week
