Property Manager - Join Our Team!
Are you a seasoned property management professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our esteemed team as a Property Manager. As a key player in our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the resident experience and ensuring the success of our properties.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy goals
- Manage and control social media advertising effectively
- Advertise and fill vacancies efficiently
- Obtain referrals from existing tenants
- Process applications and follow up with applicants
- Promote and showcase properties to prospective tenants
- Interview, qualify, and place tenants
- Maintain updated availability reports
- Ensure rental properties are at optimum capacity
- Keep a comprehensive understanding of market conditions
Administrative:
- Negotiate, prepare, and enforce leases
- Complete all necessary paperwork for new tenants
- Collection of online payments and security deposits
- Ensure premises are ready for new occupants
- Maintain all required statutory records
- Knowledge and compliance of federal housing laws
- Familiarity with local regulations and ordinances.
- Enforce terms of rental agreements
Financial:
- Ensure timely payments and collections
- Minimize rental arrears
- Coordinate default proceedings
- Schedule expenditures and manage budgets
- Check and process invoices
- Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records
Tenant/Resident Relations:
- Orient new tenants to the property
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints and concerns promptly
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
- Maintain timely communication with prospects and tenants
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners
Maintenance:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring maintenance requests are handled promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and supervise property repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor maintenance and repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure security of premises and maintain security devices
- Organize incoming and outgoing inspections, preparing inspection reports
- Implement preventative maintenance programs
- Oversee capital improvement projects
Staff Management:
Supervise and manage all staff and resources to guarantee the property is adequately maintained and that the owner’s goals are achieved.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
