Mountaineer Employment Solutions in partnership with a premier local company in Charleston, WV is seeking qualified Call Center Representatives.
Position Overview:
The Call Center Representative primary responsibility is to have problem solving skills and can turn any situation into a great customer experience. This role will combine elements of customer service and sales. Representatives are responsible for creating an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer incoming communications with excellent customer service.
- Promoting and/saving products and services
- Ability to follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience
- Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers.
- Working with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently
- Accurately informing customers of various fees and adjustments.
- Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs.
- Active listening skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassion and empathy to appropriately respond to client’s needs without personal bias or judgment.
- Ability to document on data systems while interacting with the caller.
- The ideal candidate will advance a position of sound judgment in all program decision-making and exercise self-awareness in all position-related functions associated with the role.
- High attention to details
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Background check required
Physical Requirements:
- Extensive computer and phone-based work including prolonged periods of sitting in a call center work environment.
- Limited physical effort required with limited exposure to physical risk.
SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm must be available to work an 8 hour shift within that time frame.
COMPENSATION: $15 hour with opportunity for bonuses.
