As we continue to expand and diversify our operations in the Des Moines region, we are hiring a Customer Representative to join our team full-time as soon as possible. The Customer Representative is responsible for managing customer outreach, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and providing support to ensure that the products or services meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product or service information to customers, ensuring that they fully understand offerings, pricing, and any applicable terms and conditions.
- Ensure that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a focus on quick and effective resolution.
- Work with other departments such as sales, technical support, or product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in team meetings or training sessions to stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in business, communications, or a related field can be a plus but is not required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management preferred.
- Ability to think quickly and find solutions to customer issues.
- A genuine interest in helping customers and resolving their concerns.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, or processes as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month
