Responsibilities of a Sales Account Associate:
- Engage with prospective customers through strategic outreach and sales techniques to promote our clients' products and services face-to-face and complete sales in person.
- Act as the face and voice of our clients, providing information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ brands, values, and offerings to effectively communicate key messaging.
- Facilitate the customer enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Account Management, and Client Experience, to maintain accurate records and campaign success.
- Contribute to the overall success of outreach initiatives by maximizing customer engagement and driving revenue growth.
