Team Member Trainee Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing strategic in-person marketing plans to target specific customer segments and achieve sales goals.
- Support the development and lead the facilitation of engaging presentations to potential customers.
- Participate in marketing meetings, Team Member Trainee training sessions, and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
- Implement campaigns aimed at promoting our client's available telecommunication services.
Qualifications of our next Team Member Trainee:
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
