Job Title: Case Manager

Department: Child Care Resource and Referral
Reports To: Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Determine eligibility for the child care subsidy program. Provide consultation to parents on selecting quality child care. Case Management. Provide orientation and enroll new child care providers into the program. Assist child care providers with the billing process. Provide referrals and resources to parents and providers, provide outreach and current and relevant resources at community events.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements described are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience in case management. Experience in working with low-income families. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Team player. Computer literate. Knowledgeable about local resources for families.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, Interpersonal Communications, Elementary or Special Education or Behavioral Science.
Must have a valid driver’s license. APS/CPS check and a clear criminal background check with no charges related to child abuse and neglect, domestic violence or drug charges.
Rate of Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 depending on experience/qualifications
