Copy and Print Center Specialist
Location: Orem, UT
Status: Part-time
Hours: Monday – Friday; up to 28 hours a week, with a flexible schedule
Pay / Salary: $15.00 / Hour
Summary
Under the direction of the Director of College Services, the Copy and Print Center Specialist is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Copy and Print Center. This includes processing print orders, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities of the Copy and Print Center Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Oversees daily operations of the Copy and Shipping Center.
- Manages the procurement of supplies, maintains inventory levels, and updates pricing for the Copy Center.
- Reviews, approves, and organizes incoming copy orders, ensuring timely order completion and clear communication with customers.
- Performs basic printer maintenance and coordinates service repairs as needed.
- Collaborates with all MTECH Instructional Programs and Departments to provide requested instructional, operational and promotional materials.
- Researches new equipment for the Printing Center, meets with vendors, and develops purchase proposals.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Customer service and retail experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
