Practical Nursing Instructor
Location : Lehi, UT
Status : Full-Time
Hours : Monday - Friday; 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.
Pay / Salary : $65,000 - $72,000
Summary
The Practical Nursing Instructor is critical in preparing students to become skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This position involves being a team member with possible revolving roles across didactic, clinical, lab, and simulation settings. Instructors are responsible for fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages student success while maintaining high academic and professional standards. Other responsibilities include participating in accreditation activities, attending faculty training and meetings, participating in curriculum development and implementation, assisting with lab and simulation experiences, verifying student competencies, maintaining student records, and maintaining and fostering relationships with clinical sites.
