Job Title: Radiography Technology Adjunct Instructor
Location: Lehi, UT
Status: Part-time
Hours: Monday and Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (exact times vary depending on the course)

SUMMARY
As an Adjunct Instructor for the Radiography Technology Program, you will play a crucial role in the education and training of the next generation of Radiography Technologists. You will provide hands-on instruction for the students in the classroom and lab, fostering an environment that encourages student engagement, critical thinking, and skill development. This position includes an opportunity for ongoing development through an instructor preparation process designed to build teaching effectiveness and instructional leadership. Collaboration with the Program Coordinator to align with industry standards will ensure that students are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills for success in the field of radiography.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide effective instruction and facilitate student learning for the program.
- Work with other faculty and administrators to build and/or maintain curriculum with clear learning objectives. This includes textbook and software selection.
- Prepare and follow course syllabi.
- Develop and/or maintain lesson plans for classroom and lab activities.
- Emphasize employment as the central goal of the program.
- Teach and require safety as a regular daily component of skill practice
- Perform evaluations of student learning, using course objectives as a guide.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Two years of experience working as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
- Current ARRT Credential and maintains it as current throughout employment.
- Current State License in Radiologic Technologist and maintains it as current throughout employment.
- Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Compliance with the ARRT Standards and Rules of Ethics.
- Must be knowledgeable in course content, as evidenced by education and experience, effective in directing and evaluation student learning in didactic and laboratory performance.
