HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE :
The Data Ops Intern in the Technology Department is tasked with addressing and resolving items flagged in the quality control backlog and implementing processes to prevent future backlogs. The role also includes refining the criteria for QC flags to reduce the influx of unnecessary records. Additionally, the intern assists in managing MDR backlogs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of MDR files.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO :
- Quality Control Backlog Management : The intern is tasked with identifying and resolving items within the quality control backlog. They will implement and suggest improvements to processes to streamline workflow and reduce the possibility of future backlogs.
- Quality Control Flags Refinement : The role involves analyzing the triggers and outcomes of current quality control flags and refining them to minimize unnecessary record inflow. This will help enhance the efficiency of quality control operations.
- MDR Management : The intern will assist in managing MDR, helping to ensure they are handled promptly and accurately. This responsibility is crucial for improving the operational efficiency of the MDR delivery.
