HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE :

The Salesforce and Outreach System Administrator is to oversee, maintain, and optimize our CRM and sales engagement platforms. This role ensures the integrity of our data, streamlines lead distribution, and enhances the efficiency of our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with Salesforce and Outreach, and a passion for creating scalable processes to support a growing organization.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO :

  • System Administration :

Manage and maintain Salesforce and Outreach platforms, including configuration, user setup, permissions, and troubleshooting.

  • Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales / marketing tools.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure continuous uptime.
  • Data Quality and Management :
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data entry, validation, and hygiene to maintain high data quality.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies or duplicates.
  • Create and manage processes for cleansing, enriching, and importing data.
  • Lead Distribution :
  • Design and manage lead assignment rules to ensure timely and equitable distribution of leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

  • Monitor and optimize lead routing processes based on evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align lead distribution strategies with revenue goals.
  • Process Optimization :
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to improve the efficiency of sales and marketing workflows.

  • Develop and implement new workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance visibility and performance tracking.
  • Provide recommendations on how to leverage Salesforce and Outreach to meet strategic goals.
  • Training and Support :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing questions and resolving issues.

  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users with best practices and system knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates and communicate changes to the organization.
  • THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE / ARE :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce and / or Outreach.
  • Proven expertise in managing CRM data quality and designing scalable lead distribution processes.
  • Experience with data integration tools and data management practices.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows, Apex).
  • Familiarity with Outreach customization and workflow building.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data cleansing, and de-duplication techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
