HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE :
The Salesforce and Outreach System Administrator is to oversee, maintain, and optimize our CRM and sales engagement platforms. This role ensures the integrity of our data, streamlines lead distribution, and enhances the efficiency of our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with Salesforce and Outreach, and a passion for creating scalable processes to support a growing organization.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL GET TO :
- System Administration :
Manage and maintain Salesforce and Outreach platforms, including configuration, user setup, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Establish and enforce best practices for data entry, validation, and hygiene to maintain high data quality.
Design and manage lead assignment rules to ensure timely and equitable distribution of leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to improve the efficiency of sales and marketing workflows.
Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing questions and resolving issues.
