Qualification / Responsibilities :
- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Works and communicates professionally with vendors, nursing facility personnel, accounting department, and all coworkers
- 1-2 years of relevant office experience required
- Previous Long Term Care experience preferred
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs
- Ability to multi-task, staying organized, managing time and multiple priorities in order to succeed
- Assisting the Business Office Manger (BOM) with accounts payable and other BOM tasks
- Assist BOM in management of resident fund accounts
- Disburse residents personal need allowance (PNA)
- Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
- Greet and directs visitors and vendors to the proper area by name when possible
- Ensures work area, reception area, and the main entrance is kept neat and clean
- Complete clerical work such as; typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail; as needed
- Handles outgoing mail accurately, and timely

Salary : $31,200 - $35,100
