What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in leadership to take on responsibilities such as:

• Managing phone calls and effectively communicating via text and email.
• Providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests.
• Scheduling appointments with precision and efficiency.
• Driving sales through membership and product promotions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer technology, including data entry.
• Experience with platforms like Slack, Square, and Vagaro is a plus (training is available for candidates with prior computer skills).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Additional Responsibilities:
This role also involves maintaining the spa’s cleanliness, including housekeeping and laundry duties, to ensure a pristine and luxurious environment for our guests.

Job Type: MON, TUE, WED 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm & Sat 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Part-time available to include weekends

Must be able and willing to work nights and weekends and pick up shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Give our clients a 5-star experience
• Answer phone calls, make phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries
• Conduct retail sales, membership sales, and offer product recommendations, and process payments
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
• Maintain laundry and keep back of the house organized
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless spa operations
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues
• Take initiative to identify and execute tasks without waiting for direction

High standards of customer service in handling phones and appointment bookings, facilitating appointments run on time, retail product sales, membership sales, accepting and processing payments/payment accountability, upkeep/cleanliness of work environment, opening/closing facility,

Required Skills and Abilities:

✓ Possesses experience in team leadership, customer service, retail, strong sales skill, phone operations, and appointment scheduling.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Type 50 WPM
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Ability to talk to clients and explain membership benefits and make the sale
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and delivering a 5-star experience
• Skilled in managing calendars, scheduling appointments
• Experienced team leader
• Work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
