Mountainside Villas – located within Massanutten Resort is seeking a maintenance technician to assist in the performance of duties necessary to maintain the physical structure of the property in good repair for Mountainside owners and guests.
Job Requirements:
- Minor plumbing & electrical work experience (preferred) - We will train the right candidate
- Organization and high attention to detail
- Task-driven individual
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Responsibilities:
- General repairs, including: painting, repairs of walls, furniture, windows, doors, locks and keys
- Minor electrical and mechanical repairs
- Rough carpentry work
- Routine plumbing repairs
- Assists in maintaining department tools, workspaces and equipment
