Bath and Kitchen Remodeler

Mountaintop Bath Remodeling is growing. We are looking to add a full time experienced bath remodeler. This can be a W2 full time employee or 1099, if you live in the Conifer/Evergreen area and are self employed and looking to pick up extra work locally.

We are located in Conifer and the majority of our work is here in the mountains. (Bailey, Conifer, Evergreen…) We generally stay within one hour of our office in Conifer. We do not work in Denver, Aurora… We prefer to find someone local.

In addition to custom tile we also install solid surface acrylic bath systems. We will also be expanding into kitchen remodeling this year.

The ideal candidate will have a clean professional appearance, excellent communication skills and high standard of customer service, great attentional to detail, as well as the ability to problem solve and complete projects on time.

We are looking for a skilled remodeler with a great eye for detail. 5 years experience required in the following skills.

Basic residential remodeling.

Tile setting. Walls and floors.

Drywall repair and finishing.

Professional quality painting.

Trim carpentry and installing cabinetry.

You must also be willing to learn and adapt to different job situations and different materials.

You may be working alone, you may be working as a team, you may be working directly with the owner.

You should also have some experience in light plumbing, such as installing faucets and toilets, and light electrical, such as installing light fixtures.

You should have a pickup truck or full size van capable to getting to homes in the mountains of Conifer, Bailey, Evergreen…

You will need to haul bathtubs, cabinetry, full 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood, tile, as well as carry full loads of demo from the job site.

You will also need all necessary tools to perform your job as a remodeler.

We are a small business and are flexible with scheduling. Quality of life is very important. We don’t work weekends and generally don’t work overtime. We do not operate like the high stress Denver remodeling companies.

We are looking for the A team. we're not looking for "Handyman" quality.

• Assess client needs and preferences for bathroom and kitchen remodels.
• Utilize hand and power tools for construction tasks, including tile laying, professional drywall finishing and plumbing installations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the remodeling process.
• Work to the highest standards in both professional quality work, and cleanliness.
• Detail and finish work, including carpentry, tile and drywall installation, to achieve high-quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
