As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to assess the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 1 year of applicable experience. National Certification (ANCC) is required within 6 months of hire/transfer into position.
