The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced wound care and possess excellent clinical skills. You will be responsible for:
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized wound care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families
• Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Nevada
• At least two years of experience in advanced wound care, preferably in an ambulatory or outpatient setting
• Strong knowledge of wound care modalities, including negative pressure wound therapy, skin substitutes, maggot therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities
