Job Summary And Qualifications

- The OR Scheduler exhibits excellent communication skills in dealing with physician’s office staff, and ancillary departments
- The OR Scheduler is highly organized and able to assist in maintaining a viable database in the Meditech computer system
- Performs secretarial, receptionist and general office duties in the Department of Surgery and Anesthesia
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in a health care or comparable setting
- Expertise in medical terminology
- Typing and previous computer experience
- Current BLS certification
