Responsible for the success of the individuals within the Management Trainee program. Their primary focus should be on providing coaching, education, assistance, and guidance to trainees. Additionally, they must focus on developing relationships with our college partners to ensure Mountaire's Trainee program is the most desired position at those schools. This success starts with ensuring our internship program is a great experience for all participants.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Management Trainee Program - Being a leader to all trainees and meeting weekly with each trainee. Ensuring they are completing weekly reports and meeting all expectations. Ushering trainees along in the program to ensure they have all necessary information throughout departmental transitions. Organizing social events to develop trainee sense of community.
- Recruiting/College Relationships - Developing relationships with key colleges through recruiting events, attending poultry club meetings and lecturing as an industry professional in poultry classes. Managing the logistics of hiring for trainee positions including scheduling interviews and following up with all applicants in a timely manner.
- Internship Program - Working with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process from application to onboarding. Organizing and running social and networking events for interns throughout the summer. Ensuring that interns are provided proper direction and support from hiring managers. Providing assistance to interns to ensure a positive experience and strong project presentations.
- Trainee Graduate Follow Up - Continuing to support Management Trainees after they have graduated from the program to ensure they are receiving enough support, are continuing to grow and have a defined career path.
- Processing Trainee Program - Providing schedule assistance, hiring and onboarding assistance and aid when transitioning departments to all processing trainees.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 - 5 years' relevant experience.
- Management Trainee Graduates preferred.
- Occasional travel to key colleges, etc.
