Job Description
Primary Purpose - Required to work onsite in Millsboro, Delaware or Siler City, or Lumber bridge, North Carolina.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Business Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring successful software implementations and driving continuous improvement within our organization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with strategic objectives.

- Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize the use of the Commodity Management System.
