Provides metrics reporting for our programs, creates program surveys and manages multiple systems to include Docebo, LinkedIn Learning and Goals and Performance Management in Oracle.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for providing coordination and support across multiple projects and programs (Talent Acquisition events, job fairs, talent review, and Learning programs) within the Talent Management team. Provides metrics reporting for our programs, creates program surveys and manages multiple systems to include Docebo, LinkedIn Learning and Goals and Performance Management in Oracle.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Oracle Goals and Performance Management: Manage configuration of all tools in the talent management ecosystem including Performance Management, Goal Setting and Career Development (i.e., skills, development items, reporting) modules.
- Coordination and Logistics: Plan, schedule, assist and enroll candidates/employees in events and programs (i.e., Talent Acquisition events, job fairs, talent review and Learning programs).
- Reporting - Create, maintain and communicate reporting for all Talent Management teams to include Early Talent, Talent Acquisition and Learning. Reports include critical role reports, learning course enrollments and completions, satisfaction scores, talent acquisition event participation, open requisitions and new hire reports. Other reporting as assigned.
- Learning Systems and Surveys: Manage configuration of all tools in the learning ecosystem including Docebo and LinkedIn Learning. Build, manage and deploy surveys to measure the effectiveness of our Talent and Learning programs to include Interns, Management Trainees, Advanced Learning courses, etc.
- Materials/Supplies: Order materials for all Talent and Learning programs to include Situational Leadership II, Arbinger, 7 Habits, talent review, competencies, marketing materials for job fairs, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
- Experience with Oracle, Docebo and LinkedIn Learning a plus.
- Experience performing work that requires analysis, initiative, discretion and independent judgement.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and also in a team setting.
