1. Must be able to work independently as necessary.2. This position involves travel to Mountville branch locations.3. Install, troubleshoot and repair facilities and equipment (including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic systems) such as mills, industrial carpet printers, HVAC, roofs, chillers, boilers, pumps, motors, etc.4. Perform preventative maintenance or facilities and equipment.5. Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out / tag-out procedures when necessary.6. Devise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for industrial machinery or equipment and measuring instrument.7. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.8. Use electric meters, a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment in performing duties.9. Initiate corrective and preventative action withing the scope of your responsibility.10. Be a catalyst of positive change to improve mean time between failure (MTBF) and meant time to repair (MTTR).11. Use CMMS system to track and gather information on maintenance activities.12.
