Cleaning Technician
Hourly Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00/hr (Final offer based on experience and skills)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 9:30pm

Role Overview:
Moura’s Cleaning Service is seeking Cleaning Technicians to perform essential building maintenance services, including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms. We are looking for team members who demonstrate a commitment to quality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to Team Leader
- Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and deadlines
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service in any client-facing interactions
Qualifications:
Required:
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred:
- Prior janitorial or building maintenance experience (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
