Develop robust, secure, and efficient backend solutions using Python3, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, and Pydantic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers, to gather requirements, estimate timelines, and deliver quality solutions.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as performance optimizations, code refactoring, and process enhancements.
Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
Deploy and maintain backend services using AWS.
Requirements
Experience : 5 years in backend development with a strong focus on Python3, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, and Pydantic.
Technical Expertise :
Proficient in AWS services, including RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Methodologies : Experience working in Agile teams and fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Have :
Familiarity with other backend frameworks and technologies.
Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
