Salary: $25000.00 - $35000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
- Process insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Provide quotes and explain insurance coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency's CRM system.
- Support the team with administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license (training and assistance provided).
