Move 4 Less is a locally owned and operated business providing moving services for everything from a local load only to long distance transport, we have been in business 25 years. Comprehensive services include: packing, loading and unloading, wrapping of furniture and delicate items for transport, disassembly and reassembly of furniture, specialty item transport (i.e. piano, pool table, safe), commercial moving etc. Move 4 Less prides itself on excellent customer service and providing stress free moving services to make moving day a breeze.
Our Move 4 Less Sales Team is a highly driven group, committed to providing fast, efficient and reliable moving services to our customers with customer service as our number one priority. We are seeking all-star sales representatives to join our collaborative, competitive and fun team. This role will drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. You must feel comfortable communicating with a variety of people from all parts of the country each with different moving needs - they are the animating force of our business!
A successful sales representative is one that can anticipate the customers' moving needs, gather detailed information and direct our customers to a moving solution that is tailored to them. Using proactive customer engagement and strategic, disciplined prospect management you will guide our customers on a moving journey that is stress-less and ensures they have some of the best movers in the industry. A strong sales representative has a strong bias for action, persistence, strong communication skills and a winning attitude.
Skills and Experience Preferred:
- Prior Customer Support, Customer Success, and/or Sales experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in written form.
- Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
- Enjoys circumstances where the right answer isn’t always obvious and gets satisfaction out of helping others.
- Able to separate themselves in frustrating situations and guide customers to efficient solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a self-directed way.
- Love of fast-moving environments.
As a Move 4 Less Sales Representative, you would:
- Establish a strong and personal relationship with our customers, and achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets and booking ratios.
- Maintain a high level of outbound sales connections with provided leads to book clients, including various multimedia communications via email, text and phone calls.
- Schedule physical onsite estimates for our certified estimators to build in person relationships and provide accurate moving estimates.
- Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections, negotiate and close business.
- Uphold a high level of Move 4 Less and general moving knowledge to drive the sales process forward.
- Act as a Move 4 Less brand representative, presenting yourself as friendly, helpful, professional, always maintaining a casual and relaxed demeanor.
- Provide feedback based on customer and interaction trends, competitive threats, Move 4 Less services, and new opportunities or ideas on how to deliver more value to our customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
