Join Move Caddy's dynamic team as we seek a Relocation Coordinator - Customer Service Representative for our Houston headquarters. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations and requires a keen learner eager to delve into the moving and storage industry. If you're a self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you. While college background or experience in moving and storage is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls for Interstate residential moves.
· Assist in paperwork for local, long distance, military, and storage moves.
· Ensure accurate and timely entry of paperwork into our database.
· Liaise with customers, agents, and vendors to meet deadlines and address concerns professionally.
· Manage a high volume of emails efficiently.
· Input shipments into Smart Moving system and prepare necessary paperwork.
· Undertake other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Self-starter with exceptional customer service skills.
· Ability to work autonomously or in a team, with strong attention to detail.
· Ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to handle stress.
· Proficiency in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluency in English is required.
Experience:
· Ideally, candidates will have prior clerical or administrative assistant experience, strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office), and the capacity to adapt to proprietary industry software.
· A curiosity for operations and logistics is desirable.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
