Move In Ready is hiring for a Business Development Associate to help grow our client base in target markets. Outgoing, upbeat personalities that strive to make client relationships will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities for Business Development Associate
- Research and identify potential real estate partnerships
- Prospect and initiate contact through phone calls
- Negotiate/pitch our service and receive client information
- Inform management and develop strategies for evolving markets
- Efficiently communicate with sales department members
- In-person presentations to agencies and partners (~1/month, must have reliable transportation)
All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills for Business Development Associate
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, teamwork, problem solving)
- Knowledge and understanding of real estate industry
- Proficient computer, Microsoft, Vonage and CRM skills
- Willingness and desire to meet call metrics and client/lead goals
- Ideally, experience in Business development and/or real estate industry

Details
- Full-time (9AM-6PM Monday - Thursday, 9AM-5PM Friday)
- Remote/Work From Home with ~1 in person event per month
- Must provide own laptop/equipment and have reliable, secure internet connection
- $2500/month base pay commission for converted clients (tiered based commission structure) with performance based bonuses
- Contractor position
- Preliminary phone interview, online video secondary interview, third group interview with management
- Looking to hire quickly
