Non-CDL Our growing moving company is looking for strong and professional Drivers to join our team. We operate 26' straight trucks. A lot of our crews are 1 driver 1 mover, so you will be responsible for moving the furniture as well as driving the truck! In addition to driving the truck, you’ll follow the manager's work orders and customer requests to safely load, transport, and unload a variety of items for our residential and commercial clients. - Maintain full compliance to traffic restrictions and pre-established delivery routes
- Double-check orders before and after delivery to guarantee correctness and accuracy
- Deliver and distribute new items to customers in a safe and timely way
- Provide a great customer experience by communicating with clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Compile any delivery-related paperwork or reports that are required
- Ability to follow and obey all traffic laws and signs
- Responsible for loading the truck (including moving the furniture)
- Responsible for obtaining customers' signatures on all required paperwork
- Responsible for pre-post-trip truck inspections
- Lift and transport heavy items repeatedly without damaging them
- Ability to pad and wrap furniture
- Be customer-focused on every job

- Ability to follow company operational and safety procedures
- Professional attitude and communication with all customers and teammates
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items repeatedly (100 lbs)
- Ability to climb stairs, maintain balance, and walk long distances while carrying items Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or related job preferred
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills and time management skills
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to lift over 100 lbs. individually and 200 lbs. with a crew member Compensation : $20 - $23 hourly
- Ability to follow and obey all traffic laws and signs
