Job Description:
We are looking for motivated, licensed Oregon and Washington Realtor’s to join our team. The ideal candidate has the ability to work full time. You'll receive a wealth of inbound leads, enabling you to focus on closing deals and growing your business. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads with professionalism and efficiency.
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and negotiate transactions.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Stay current with real estate laws, market trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Realtor (new or experienced)
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to use real estate software and tools effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
