About the Organization
OVA was founded in 2009 as an adaptive ski and snowboard school and has since grown into a leading provider of adaptive outdoor recreation programs in northern Utah.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization and implement the strategic vision and mission
- Develop and deliver adaptive recreation programs for people with disabilities
- Act as the public face of the organization, representing it at events and with media, partners, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrable strong organizational leadership and financial management experience
- Demonstrable fundraising, donor development and grant writing experience
- Demonstrable passion for outdoor sports and recreation, including skiing or snowboarding
