About This Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical ABA Professional.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing ongoing RBT supervision, parent training, and other ABA-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Complete initial assessments and reassessments, develop individualized treatment plans
Complete clinical documentation
Review treatment data and make appropriate modifications as needed
Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs)
Deliver parent training sessions to client caregivers
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must have at least 6 months of experience as a BCBA
Proficient in behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
