Key Responsibilities:
- Become a Software Guru: Master our innovative software and share your knowledge by providing comprehensive software demonstrations and supporting our clients.
- Lead Fun Training Sessions: Conduct engaging Zoom sessions to onboard new clients and make them feel comfortable with our software to use for their company.
- Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Provide prompt, friendly assistance via live video/calls to address and resolve client inquiries and issues.
