YOUR ROLE
- OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Oversee recruitment and training of new staff members. Coordinate schedules, performance reviews, and development plans to ensure productivity goals are achieved. Lead team environment, patient-centered culture, and staff recognition. Implement procedures, processes, systems, and ensures staff is trained.
- OFFICE OVERSIGHT: Proactively respond to new patient inquiries and align schedules. Assist in creating new courses and treatment programs to help elevate the patient experience. Ensure a warm and enthusiastic welcome is provided to each patient upon arrival. Address patient concerns and ensure an exceptional experience that leads to raving fans. Lead a culture of solutions and a proactive approach to questions and issues.
- DATA & GROWTH: Partner with our external marketing agency to ensure scheduling goals are achieved. Track patient conversion and satisfaction ratings and monitor key performance indicators. Based on data analysis, proactively present growth strategies to the leadership team.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY
- KNOWLEDGE: A consistent work history. Minimum two (2) years of experience in an Office Manager, or similar role, such as Operations Manager, Office Administrator, Practice Manager, or Clinic Manager preferred. Experience in the Entrepreneurial Operating System as an Integrator preferred, but not required.
- SKILLS: Strong values of integrity, honesty personal accountability, and a positive disposition. Proven ability to lead an office and manage operations effectively. A self-starter who takes initiative to improve processes, build systems, and solve problems. Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills both written and verbal. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- ABILITY: Must be able to work onsite at 84th & Hwy 2 during the hours of Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:30pm and Friday 7am-2:30pm. A criminal background check will be conducted.
