Role Description
This is a remote role for a Business Development Manager for North America at Movement Marketing, LLC. For this role, you will be working as a part of the Movement Marketing team to help one of our international tour operator/destination management company partners to grow their sales in the US market. Your responsibilities will include new business development through our travel agent network, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management within the travel and tourism industry.
The ideal candidate is someone who is self motivated with 5 - 10 years of experience in selling to travel agents in the US Market. Although it is not necessary, the perfect candidate will also need to have experience in building a sales territory though prospecting, trade show attendance, email marketing, in-person and virtual training, and relationship building within the travel trade. They must also be willing to travel 25% of their time to trade shows and throughout their territory.

Qualifications
- 5 Years Experience in New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation skills
- Contract Negotiation and Account Management skills
- Experience in strategic partnership marketing within the travel industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Ability to Travel
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
