Thanks to this opportunity, we are currently hiring for a Junior Recruiter to help achieve our growth goals. The ideal Junior Recruiter is someone with previous experience working with people, great at communication, self-sufficient with the proper training, a team player, and hard working.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new candidates for sales roles in Charleston
- Scan candidates in online marketplaces, reach out to those who are qualified
- Report directly to senior management
- Advance into organizational development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, recruiting, or business management is ideal but not required
- Excellent networking skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and basic technology
- Must be living in the Charleston area
