ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following) :
- Support user interactions across a new LOS platform.
- Assist the LOS project team with user acceptance testing.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving internal user issues related to applications.
- Address inquiries through the ticketing system and email, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Act as a liaison between software vendors and Movement Mortgage, ensuring accurate application use and compliance with company, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Maintain issue and enhancement logs; provide troubleshooting for escalated issues and work with business units and vendors on assigned projects to enhance workflow and processes.

The expected salary range for this position is between :
55,000.00 - $76,000.00
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
