Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a high-volume pipeline of mortgage files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales and operations teams to facilitate a smooth transition of loans from application through to closing.
- Engage directly with borrowers, addressing their inquiries and instilling confidence throughout the mortgage process.
- Tackle complex scenarios with creativity and confidence, ensuring successful outcomes for even the most challenging files.
- Bring a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset to the workplace each day.
- Be an integral part of a dynamic team with shared objectives.
- Participate in team-building and client engagement events to foster relationships and enhance collaboration.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of three years of recent loan processing experience.
- Experience in mortgage sales or client-facing processing.
- Non-QM mortgage experience is preferred.
