Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Snohomish and the Canyon Park neighborhood of Bothell. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform hands-on therapeutic techniques and manual therapy
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and movement patterns
- Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
- Assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient care
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities and equipment
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions
- Graduate degree from a CAPTE accredited physical therapy program
- Current physical therapy license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
- Proven experience in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Experience with electronic health records systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
