Account Manager – Midwest Territory
Location: Remote (Midwest Region) - Can reside in Wisconsin, Missouri, Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, or Michigan

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic customer relationships in the Midwest territory. This role requires a proven track record in managing large accounts ($15M–$20M ), a deep understanding of flexible packaging and CPG industries, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of large accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Midwest region, leveraging industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement account strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement teams, supply chain leaders, and brand managers.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and sales agreements to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive innovative packaging solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and marketing, to align customer needs with company capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales or account management experience in flexible packaging and/or CPG industries.
- Account Size: Proven success managing accounts valued at $15M–$20M in revenue.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, strategic selling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed within the Midwest region.
