What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Movement Search & Delivery?
We are conducting a confidential search for a Maintenance Manager with a company that is a global supplier of industrial components to the automotive and commercial vehicle markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is based around Lawrenceburg, TN.
Key responsibilities will include:
-Manage and oversea the activities of the Maintenance Department / Skilled Trades and organize equipment & manpower requirements to support business efforts in an industrial automotive environment which includes plastic injection molding, metal stamping, and assembly equipment
-Review and analyze the data on all maintenance activities such as optimization of uptime and reduction of downtime to identify improvement opportunities
-Organize equipment and manpower to meet the preventive maintenance schedule and coordinate the repair and maintenance activities for all plant equipment and the facility.
-Ensure that all personnel are working in compliance with OSHA regulations and all relevant health and safety & environmental legislation
-Provide information as required for monthly reporting statistics
-Maintain all reports and / or forms for maintenance department following current ISO/TS 16949 or ISO 14001 standards

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelors degree preferred
* 2 years experience as a Maintenance Manager
* Experience in a manufacturing plant
* Automotive experience is a plus
* Previous supervisory experience
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
