Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Process Engineer with Injection Molding experience to join our team. As a Process Engineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability across our product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for key industrial products.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity.
- Design and implement process enhancements, including but not limited to automation, equipment upgrades, and workflow optimizations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to troubleshoot process issues and minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cycle times, minimize waste, and improve overall product quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Actively participate in new product development projects, providing input on design for manufacturability (DFM) and process feasibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive, industrial, commercial truck, or consumer industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
