We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team at Movement Search & Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 supervisors and driving operational excellence in our aerospace manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This is a challenging position that requires a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and experience in managing teams. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering or technical field, as well as extensive training in manufacturing processes, supervision, and operations management.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma Certification.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
