• Leadership & Team Development : Motivate and guide supervisory staff, ensuring morale and teamwork drive safe and productive operations.

• Talent Management : Oversee hourly employee recruiting, training, and performance accountability, maintaining consistent policies and discipline.
• Performance Optimization : Implement Lean practices (5S, Kaizen, Gemba) to improve processes and efficiency while meeting corporate safety and quality goals.
• Production Oversight : Develop schedules, monitor production stages, and strategize to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality output.
• Equipment Maintenance : Support maintenance teams in ensuring minimal disruption to production from key equipment such as pellet mills, hammer mills, and dryers.
